About Me

On January 28, 1976, a great terror was released upon the world, and that terror was me.

My name is Vincent Ferrari.  I like to consider myself one of a kind and someone who thinks slightly outside the box and a little out of the ordinary.

I’m a libertarian, and I’m one of those folks who believe the government basically gets everything wrong, so the less government involvement you have, the better.

I’m married and live in the suburbs (Rockland County New York) with my wife and two cats (Tom and Pandora).  I like the city, but I’m a small town boy because I’ve been living in this small town for a while and I would hate to go back to city life.  There are 12,000 people in my village (it’s not even large enough to be a town) and I like it that way.

I work in the wireless business, so yeah, if you think those people are scumbags, so be it.  I’m not a retail scumbag, though, I’m a wholesale scumbag, so there’s that.

I play piano and saxophone, I like writing, photography, geocaching, watching TV, and trying new restaurants.  I also like cooking, and particularly baking, and as far as food goes, my new philosophy is if I can cook it myself, I ain’t buyin’ it.  I like it better that way, and I am a bit of a pain in the ass about ingredients (meaning I buy foods only from places where there are ingredients I can pronounce).

I’m opinionated, unapologetic, and brutal if you’re nasty, but I’m also willing to accept that I don’t know everything and I’m willing to learn and evolve my opinions, so even though I may be strongly opinionated, I’m not married to any ideology.
