"Same sex marriage will be the ultimate destruction of our country because it destroys the very foundation upon which this nation is based. Divisive, I’ve been accused of being divisive I’ll tell you what’s divisive. It’s this Democratic platform,"

At least he didn’t bother to couch it by saying “no offense.”

To Mr. Moore:  I supported your ten commandments fight, but I will do whatever possible to make sure a piece of garbage like you is never elected to the bench again.  Why?  Because telling people their nuptials will be the destruction of this country is offensive.  That’s why.

I refuse to sit idly by and watch people say a marriage will be the end of the country and then sit there watching their cheerleaders say “He has a right to that opinion.”

Having a right to an opinion does not make that opinion right, appropriate, or valid.

I don’t tend to give people a pass when they tell others they will be the destruction of the country, no matter what color pompoms they carry.  You shouldn’t either.
